Physical therapy gave me more confidence in slowing down in my walking. Giving me the power to show I can get to the point of being secure in my abilities. The encouragement from the staff helped.

I now have less pain and more flexibility. I also know how to maintain this new improved level. Wonderful therapists and staff.

I am now able to walk with strength and able to go down stairs without issues.

Got better range of motion of hip exercises. Helped low back and hip pain. Did dry needling with huge relief. It was definitely different than acupuncture. I won’t lie, it can hurt but it was worth the relief of pain and muscle tightness in the gluts and thighs.

I have not skied for 10 years due to pain in my right ankle. I can now get the boot on and ski! I taught my 8 year old grand daughter to ski. This is a wonderful improvement.

In just a few visits, my problem is resolving. The staff are amazing, kind, attentive, professional, and so skilled. Every visit is pleasant.

Pain FREE!! PT teaches me about the body and how to properly exercise and gain strength and endurance back. Life is better what you don’t hurt! Thank you to all of you 🙂
