Professional Organization Memberships:  American Physical Therapy  Association (APTA)

Specializations: Trigger Point Dry Needling

Professional Interest Area/Treating Philosophy: I take a whole body approach to physical therapy and enjoy putting the pieces of the puzzle together to help people get better and back to the activities in life that they enjoy. I have specialized in trigger point dry needling and have really enjoyed seeing great results with it, giving people less pain and more function in everyday life.

Other: My husband and I have a beautiful baby girl who was born November 2013. We enjoy staying active and spending time with friends and family. I did run in one marathon (2011) but have a “one and done philosophy” and won’t be doing another one. 🙂
