About Physical Therapy Consultants, Inc.
Physical Therapy Consultants was established in 1997, with the first clinic location in Ham Lake, MN. Physical Therapy Consultants is your community based physical therapy practice with 6 convenient clinic locations: Andover, Ham Lake, Isanti, North Branch, St Francis and Zimmerman. We’re open for extended hours to meet your needs and we welcome all referral sources. We’re Medicare Certified and accept all major medical plans including worker’s compensation and auto. Our team includes Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants, Massage Therapists and Athletic Trainers. We provide Massage and Physical Therapy treatment for all pain, injury, orthopedic, and neurological conditions. Healing is promoted with a combination of hands on manual therapy, exercise, modalities and education. We also include instruction in injury prevention, body mechanics and self help techniques in our care plans.

Mark Netzinger, PT - Founder & Physical Therapist
Mark Netzinger, PT, has been practicing physical therapy since 1979 and is the founder of Physical Therapy Consultants. With a passion for community-based care, Mark has expanded his practice across multiple locations, including Andover, Isanti, Ham Lake, St. Francis, and North Branch. His philosophy, summed up by the phrase written on the walls of his Andover clinic—"This should be fun."—drives his commitment to making rehabilitation a positive and engaging experience for every patient.
Beyond patient care, Mark is dedicated to outreach, working with schools to inspire future physical therapists, collaborating with assisted living centers on fall prevention, and ensuring that specialized rehabilitation services are accessible to all. Whether through post-surgical recovery, chronic pain management, or pediatric and geriatric therapy, his goal remains the same—to help patients regain mobility and improve their quality of life in a supportive, community-focused environment.
