5 exercises to do at home to get your heart rate up!
Whenever I hear people striking up a conversations with “Hey, How are you?”  a typical response is “Busy.” I am guilty of this myself. Life has us pulled in so many directions and finding time for yourself these days can be a struggle. Getting to the gym seems to fall last on the list.
For myself, working and having a family, getting to gym can be stressful trying to stay on time. If I know I am not going to get there, these 5 exercises are my personal favorites to get my heart rate up and use all the muscle groups.
Burpees

Mountain Climbers

Jumping Jacks

Push Ups
Planks

Perform each exercise for 1 min with 30 seconds of rest in between. Try to work up towards repeating each exercise 3 times for a quick 15-20 min workout. If any of these exercises are too difficult modify as needed.
