No Referral Necessary

Minnesota does not require referrals for physical therapy but your insurance plan may. Your provider can refer a patient on our website. Our Free Pain or Injury Screenings will help you learn if you can fix your injury on your own, determine if you are a candidate for physical therapy. We can get you in with the doctor quickly with a simple phone call.
