“I firmly believe that there is no other company that would care as much about ME (as an person) than PTC. This practice is so good to their employees and is always striving to do more, be more, and grow. I truly feel like I wouldn't get that family feel if I went anywhere else. I am a blessed person to have found PTC. I am challenged, I am always learning and I believe in the same values the practice strives for.”

"My coworkers are FANTASTIC!!! I like the fact that Patient Care is the priority and we treat them as people not numbers.”

“The fellow staff members. And the opportunities the PTC allows for growth in our field.”

“I am provided the ability to pursue my interest areas within my profession along with having a good working relationship with co-workers.”

“I love that it is a private PT practice, owned and run by a PT. I love the people I work with not just at my clinic but across all clinics/BO. I like that we can treat patients 1 on 1 and choose their POC/treatment times. Benefits are good (CEU opportunities, PTO, and that admin works with you on a schedule that works for you). I like that the company is family-oriented and does things outside of the norm (for example, holiday competitions, 5k's etc.) I like that the company is very community oriented too. AND WORK IS FUN! :)”

“PTC has been a great company to work for. I have enjoyed the community involvement and feeling appreciated for work that is done.”

“I stay because I believe in what we do and I believe in the people that I work with. I believe that the staff make a positive difference in the lives of our patients and I believe that PTC makes a positive difference in our lives.”

“Because it's awesome! I've never worked for a more understanding and dedicated business. I feel at home here and love the people that I work with. This translates to good patient care from their end, and I can really appreciate that. I don't think I could find a company to work for that would be better than PTC.”
